By using the RNTUP app, you agree to be bound by these terms. RNTUP is an intermediary platform that allows users to post listings for renting properties and vehicles and to communicate with each other directly, and is not a party to any rental agreement made between users. Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish, and must not post content that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive. RNTUP reserves the right to remove any listing, suspend, or terminate a user’s account that violates these terms without prior notice. The use of certain features (such as featured listings or office subscriptions) is subject to fees outlined within the app, and all payments are processed according to the approved payment policies. RNTUP does not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the app. Use of the app is subject to applicable laws. RNTUP reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
