All Policies & Rules — RNTUP
By using RNTUP, you agree to comply with the following rules and policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the application or its services.
1. Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information, images, prices, and details they publish, and for having the legal right to offer the property, vehicle, equipment, or other item for rent.
2. Fake & Misleading Listings
Fake, fraudulent, misleading, or non-existent listings are prohibited.
Users may not use false prices, information, or images that do not represent the advertised rental.
RNTUP may reject or remove any violating listing, even after publication.
3. Images & Content
Images used in listings must be genuine, relevant, and appropriate. Advertisers must have the right to use them.
Stolen, inappropriate, pornographic, illegal, or prohibited content is not allowed.
4. Paid Services
Purchasing a package or paid service does not guarantee that an advertisement will be approved.
If an advertisement is rejected because it violates RNTUP rules or policies, the advertiser is not entitled to a refund solely because of the rejection, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
5. Payments & Refunds
Purchases within the application are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
RNTUP does not directly issue refunds to users. Refund requests are handled according to the policies and procedures of the platform through which the purchase was made and applicable law.
If a user was charged but the purchased service was not activated, they may contact RNTUP Support for assistance.
6. RNTUP Is Not a Party to Rental Agreements
RNTUP is a technology platform that provides listings and communication between users. RNTUP is not a party to rental agreements between advertisers and renters.
Any agreement, payment, delivery, or transaction between users is their own responsibility.
7. Verification
Users are responsible for verifying the identity of the other party, ownership or rental authorization, condition of the property, vehicle, or equipment, and rental terms before entering into any agreement.
RNTUP does not guarantee that information provided by users is accurate, complete, or current.
8. Fraud
Using RNTUP for fraud, impersonation, fake listings, fraudulent payment requests, forged documents, stolen images, or false information is prohibited.
RNTUP may suspend or terminate accounts and take appropriate action when violations are suspected.
9. Account Suspension & Removal
RNTUP may reject or remove listings and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies or use the platform unlawfully or abusively.
10. Messaging
The messaging system must be used for legitimate communication related to listings and rentals.
Threats, fraud, harassment, illegal content, malicious links, or abusive behavior are prohibited.
11. Reviews
Fake or misleading reviews, review manipulation, threats, or using multiple accounts to manipulate ratings are prohibited.
RNTUP may remove reviews that violate this policy.
12. Intellectual Property
Users confirm that they own or have the necessary rights to use the text, images, videos, and other content they upload.
Users are responsible for claims arising from infringement caused by their content.
13. Listing Availability
RNTUP does not guarantee that a property, vehicle, or equipment will remain available after a listing is published.
Advertisers may rent out or remove their listings at any time.
14. Advertising Results
Purchasing promotion, highlighting, or increased visibility does not guarantee a specific number of views, contacts, renters, or completed rental transactions.
15. User Responsibility
Each user is responsible for their own actions, agreements, and transactions with other users.
RNTUP is not responsible for disputes or losses arising from rental agreements between users, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Service Availability
The application or certain services may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, internet problems, Apple or Google services, or other circumstances outside RNTUP's reasonable control.
17. Changes
RNTUP may modify its services, features, prices, listing display, or policies from time to time.
Updated versions may be published within the application or on the official RNTUP website.
18. Privacy
RNTUP handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how their information is collected, used, and protected.
19. Account Deletion
When an account is deleted, related listings and information may be removed or hidden. Certain information may be retained when required by law or necessary for security, accounting, or legal purposes.
20. Reporting Violations
Users may report listings, accounts, or content they believe are fake, misleading, illegal, or otherwise violate RNTUP policies.
RNTUP reserves the right to review reports and take appropriate action.
21. Legal Rights
Nothing in these policies is intended to exclude or limit mandatory legal rights available to users under applicable law.
Where a mandatory legal right conflicts with these policies, the applicable law will prevail to the extent required.
22. Acceptance
By using RNTUP, creating an account, publishing a listing, or purchasing a service, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
