RNTUP reserves the right to review advertisements before publication and to reject or remove any advertisement that violates our policies or contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
The following are prohibited:
- Fake or non-existent listings.
- False or misleading information, prices, or images.
- Stolen images or images that do not represent the advertised rental.
- Inappropriate or offensive images or content.
- False or incomplete information that may mislead renters.
- Content that violates applicable laws or RNTUP policies.
If a user has purchased a paid package or service and their advertisement is rejected because it violates this policy, the user is not entitled to a refund of the purchased package or service. RNTUP is not responsible for refunding the amount paid.
RNTUP may reject or remove the advertisement and may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of repeated violations.
